Refund Policy

30 days, no questions asked.

Refunds within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked. Email support@getpier.app with your order number and we refund in full. Because Pier licence keys are verified on your own Mac, we cannot switch a key off remotely — we ask you to stop using it, and we trust you to.

How it is processed

Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, took your payment, so the refund is issued through Lemon Squeezy against that order.
