Who sells Pier

Pier is developed independently and sold as Pier. Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record: it processes the order, charges any VAT or sales tax, and issues the receipt. Questions about these terms go to support@getpier.app.

What is free, and what you buy

Pier for Mac and the Pier Android companion are free to download and use. Pier Pro is a one-time licence, not a subscription: one payment, no account, no renewal you have to remember to cancel.

The licence

The key is yours personally (or your company’s, if a company bought it) and covers up to 3 Macs and 2 Android phones. Pier connects to one phone at a time — that is by design. Do not publish the key or resell it. It never expires and includes every update for two years from purchase; after that Pier keeps working exactly as it is, and extending updates is optional.

The key arrives by email and is checked on your own Mac, with no licence server. That means we cannot switch a key off remotely, and the device limit is a term of the licence rather than something the app counts. We trust you to honour it.

Refunds

Refunds within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked. The whole policy is on the refunds page.

No warranty

Pier is provided as-is, without warranty.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for anything arising from Pier is limited to the amount you paid for your licence.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.

Changes

If these terms change we will update this page and the date at the top. A change never takes back a licence you have already bought.
